Afton’s days are anything but predictable — and that’s exactly what she enjoys most.
Between compiling month-end reports, managing bills, navigating employee benefits questions, or simply helping a teammate have a better day, her role touches nearly every part of the company.
Working across departments allows her to support the entire team in various ways, making no two days ever feel the same.

Ask Afton what it’s like working at Bartha, and one word comes up quickly: REWARDING.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
When she’s not at work, Afton stays just as busy.
Much of her time is spent with her husband and daughter, keeping up with activities and family life. In their downtime, they enjoy camping, hiking, tackling DIY projects around the house, catching local theater performances, or heading to a concert.
Fun Fact about Afton:
She’s been a lifelong theater enthusiast, both behind the scenes and on stage performing! That love of theater — both on stage and behind the scenes — feels right at home at Bartha, where collaboration, timing, and attention to detail matter every day.
She’s very involved with the local theater in Springfield and works as a member of the board of the Springfield Civic Theatre.
