Setting the stage for UD to shine
Bartha partnered with the University of Dayton's Advancement Division to design an extraordinary event with 3 key objectives:

Craft a memorable and influential experience to captivate and inspire over 400 donors, alumni, and supporters.

Showcase the vibrant campus culture and renowned landmarks.

Create a strategy to overcome limitations posed by the unique venue.
AUDIENCE EXPERIENCEHow it came to life
We created the concept “Campus Streets” and transformed the entire space into the Student Neighborhood complete with street signs, branded chairs, “street” flooring, and working lamp posts.
We want to extend our deep gratitude for all you did to make the campaign launch such an incredible and memorable experience for our guests and the University! Thank you for your collaboration, partnership, creativity, and technical expertise!

Stages were built around the perimeter of the space to support a dynamic program of presentations and performances by the UD Theater Department.

The entire evening was live-streamed online to a worldwide audience of UD alumni & supporters.
Venue optimization
The Dayton Arcade’s historic domed glass ceiling and vast interior posed several audio/visual challenges—our solutions included:
Engineering venue-wide crystal clear sound
