EXPERIENT ENVISION

When you’re producing an event for a global events company, you have to bring your “A” game. That’s what we set out to accomplish when we began designing and creating “True North,” the 2017 annual meeting for Experient, a division of Maritz.

With approximately 650 meeting planners in attendance, we wanted to engage what might be a difficult-to-impress audience with something they haven’t experienced before. We did this by designing a set that featured image mapping over six screens separated into three layers to create a series of dramatic scenic looks resulting in attention-grabbing tone, texture, depth and dimension immersing the audience in an epic and effective visual experience.
